Terms of Service

Quotes. Prices quoted are based on the information you provide about the property and the depth of clean required. If the job is materially different on arrival, a revised price will be agreed with you before any work starts.

Bookings and cancellations. Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or move a booked slot.

Access. Please make sure access, water and electricity are available at the agreed time. Where keys are held by an agent, this should be arranged in advance.

Payment. Payment is due on completion unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Satisfaction. If something has been missed, tell me within 24 hours of the visit and it will be put right at no extra cost.

Insurance. Public liability cover is in place. Pre-existing damage, wear or staining that cannot be removed by normal cleaning is not covered.
